made the cutie on the left. That poor girl ... she showed her friends and they thought it was a Mary Sue neko!

It just goes to show that characters can be wrongfully labelled as such before they're even fully developed. The contrast between the purple and orange in her original drawing is eye-catching, and not in a bad way at all. There's something visually pleasing to the eye about her drawing, I can't describe it.

Meanwhile, my twist on this neko is on the right, named Lenora. She's got a little more cat in her than her counterpart. For now, I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do with her.
